hehe.

oh dear, that does seem to be the problem with cthulhu, its so tempting to make a character out of a horror movie.

i think it mighy be because there arent many games out there set in something very similar to the 'real' world. anyway, monsters with blow torches are the GM's job! you lot get to be the good guys. =)

serious note, what kind of #2 are you thinking of trom?

boy/girl, young/old, previous profession or long term nut?... enlighten me when you can bro.

A more sensible character concept is a pathologist. They are of course medically trained (proper doctors I believe), so fits your bill quite nicely.

I favour the more old skool pathologist, along the lines of Quincy, rather than one of these slick newcomers a la CSI.

Possibly done some work for the Armed Forces and met Baat's Marine there... *shrug*

He can be the nutjob if you like (I'll come up with something). OR Baat can have it with his Gulf War Syndrome OR Zert is welcome to it.

Or.. I can even go back to some kind of Murdoch style character, who might even be an old forces buddie of Baat's chap in some way.

I'm pretty flexible on this - those are ideas but I can work around the others too.

the wizard is really good and does all the work for you, im not concerned if you have a few private goes at rolling until you get something you can work with, twinking out characters in CoC is entirely pointless anyway.

oh, if the numbers seem wierd its because each attribute can have a different rolling method, they arent all 3d6, some are 2d6+6, others different again. any questions fire them on here and ill try and help.

all characters will be starting with a packed suitcase of essentials for an away trip and nothing else, no guns. awwwww... =D

It is however being run in FG (a poultry $23 dollars, one time payment).
